Enrollment Information
For information regarding enrollment at PAHS please contact the main office at (623) 979-0031. In order to complete the enrollment process you will need to provide the following documents; birth certificate, withdrawal slip from previous school, transcript, discipline and immunization records.The school office is open from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the school year. PAHS offers free school bus service for students in Surprise and El Mirage. Students from Glendale, Phoenix and Peoria can purchase discounted bus tickets for the Valley Metro. Space is limited so call today to reserve your slot!
