PAHS Family,
All Juniors and Seniors that have not passed AIMS are required to test this week. There are lists of testers and non-testers on the office window for students to look at. If you are not sure if your child needs to test, they can look on the list for an ID number. All 9th and 10th grade students will be released early each testing day. Writing is scheduled for Tuesday 10/22, Reading is Wednesday 10/23, and Math is Thursday 10/24. If students do not show up for a test they students will not be eligible for AIMS augmentation for graduation, if they do not pass. If we don't have proof your child passed any section of the test, they will be required to test. Students will receive a testing ticket or release ticket during 2nd/5th hour. The ticket will have your students testing room marked. If your child receives a release ticket they will be released at 9AM, The school buses will take students home for the 9am release and after testing is over. There is an alternative schedule on test days. If students miss a class period they will be required to make up the entire class period on Friday. The picnic area was constructed to give students additional options on where to sit during lunch and breaks. The pedestal was build to showcase our 4' X 6' bulldog, to increase school spirit. If you did not know PA's mascot is named Tiny. We hope the community and PA family appreciates the upgrades. Bulldog Pride! |
