Format

One class at a time, self-paced · up to 3 courses (1.5 credits) per session · work continues Sat–Sun online
- Attendance on campus is required Monday–Friday; free breakfast/lunch for all students
- School bus transportation is available to parts of Glendale and El Mirage/Surprise
- Enrollment can occur anytime during the session as long as there are spaces available; a last-day-to-enroll cutoff is set near the session’s end
- Students who do not show up for the first two days of starting a course will be dropped; students who miss 5 or more days will be dropped
- Any student wishing to complete more than 3 courses needs admin approval
- Non-PAHS students are recommended to bring an unofficial transcript so we can recommend a class
- Each class is on grade level and aligned to the Arizona College and Career Readiness Standards
We are unable to graduate a student in our summer program who was not classified as a currently enrolled PAHS student before the spring cutoff. All classes offered are subject to change; any academic dishonesty results in automatic removal from summer school.
